私のように大企業育ちの人の場合には、どうしても「戦略」とか「マーケットシェア」と言った発想をしがちですが、小規模ビジネスの場合これらには意味がありません。ここに大きな落とし穴があります。
「自分の周りで困っている人を助けるだけで十分ビジネスになる。」
という発想がないと起業できないでしょう。
